1.The protocol of this product is UART2. If it does not match the protocol of the controller, it may result in abnormal use!

2.By default, our product has no speed limit (100). If your controller has a speed limit, our display screen can only show the corresponding speed.

Q: What kind of car is suitable?

A: Sorry, due to the different internal parts of the vehicles, we cannot determine which model is suitable. We only apply the UART2 protocol controller.

Q: I don’t know the agreement. How can I check it?

A: You can look for it from the appearance of the controller, the manual of the controller or the old display screen, and the seller of the controller or the old display screen.

Q: Can the UART protocol be used?

A: No, there are many protocols in UART, such as bafang, kds, etc. UART2 is just one of them

Q: May I ask if the speed limit can be lifted?

A: It depends on whether your car is limited by the controller or the display screen. If the controller limits the speed, there is no way to lift the speed limit. If the display screen limits the speed, the speed limit can be lifted

Q: Can I try out this product? If it doesn’t suit me, can I return it?

A: No, no returns or exchanges for non-quality issues.

Q: What voltage range does your display screen support?

A: Our display supports 24V/36V/48V/60V.(The S810 only supports 36v.)

Q: Can your display screen be connected to mobile applications via Bluetooth?

A: Some models, such as H8 and M5C-2, support Bluetooth connection and are compatible with third-party cycling applications. Please refer to the product details or contact us for application compatibility.

Q: Are there any restrictions on mobile phone models for the Bluetooth version of the APP?

A: The APP does not discriminate by phone model. It can be used on both Apple and Android systems

Q: How to change the speed?

A: You can enter the menu by long pressing the + and – keys, and then short press the power button to switch to P08. After entering P08, use the + key to set the desired speed. After adjusting, long press the + and – keys to save and exit the menu.

Q: Is an immediate speed limit of 25 kilometers supported?

A: The specially customized version can support a fast speed limit of 25 kilometers per hour, while the regular version does not.

Superb meter, a bit complicated to set up, you need to know the number of magnets in the motor, good luck, but it seems to be high-end, lots of parameters, maybe too many for me, let's say the installation is not intuitive, in my case it's a 14-inch Hillmiles bike, and nothing is written on the motor, the seller can't answer me, so it's a no-go.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
